探讨川芎嗪对免疫再生障碍性贫血(再障)小鼠骨髓细胞CD_(34)抗原分子表达的影响。方法:建立免疫介导的再障小鼠模型, 6.0Gy~~(60)Coγ-射线照射和尾静脉输注淋巴细胞造成小鼠再障。分为正常组、再障组(对照组)、川芎嗪组,除正常组外均胃饲川芎嗪注射液 4mg/次,1天 2次,第 10天用流式细胞仪检测各组小鼠骨髓细胞膜上 CD_(34)抗原表达量。结果:川芎嗪 CD_(34)抗原表达量的荧光强度(77.6±6.5)明显高于再障组(68.6±4.5,P<0.05),与正常组(80.0±2.6)比较无明显差异。结论:川芎嗪通过影响骨髓微环境促进免疫再障小鼠的造血干、祖细胞增生,增加CD_(34)抗原分子的表达。
To investigate the effect of ligustrazine on the expression of CD34 antigen in bone marrow cells of mice with immune aplastic anemia (AAF). Methods: Aplastic anemia mice model was established. 6.0Gy ~ (60) Coγ-ray irradiation and tail vein infusion of lymphocytes caused aplastic anemia in mice. Results: The fluorescence intensity of ligustrazine CD_ (34) antigen expression (77.6 ± 6.5) was significantly higher than that of aplastic anemia group (68.6 ± 4.5, P <0.05) .0 ± 2.6) no significant difference compared. CONCLUSION: Tetramethylpyrazine can promote the proliferation of hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells and increase the expression of CD34 antigen in mice with immune-aplastic failure by affecting the bone marrow microenvironment.
