目的探讨西宁地区大学生心理健康状况及相关因素。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)对青海省西宁市的1875名大学生进行了集体测试。结果西宁地区大学生中可能有中度以上心理卫生问题的学生占21.54%,强迫、人际关系敏感、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、精神病性因子分均高于全国常模组。神经质、内外向和自我掩饰度三个人格维度与常模比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。神经质、家庭经济状况、学校和民族4个因素对心理健康总均分有影响作用。结论西宁地区大学生心理健康程度明显低于正常,其神经质、家庭经济状况、学校、民族等因素对大学生心理健康有着重要影响。
Objective To explore the mental health of college students in Xining and its related factors. Methods A total of 1875 college students in Xining City, Qinghai Province were tested with Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ). Results There were 21.54% of college students who may have moderate mental health problems in Xining. Compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, hostility, terror and psychotic factors were all higher than those of the national norm group. Neuroticism, extroversion and self-masking three personality dimensions compared with the norm, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Neuroticism, family economic status, school and ethnic 4 factors have an impact on the overall score of mental health. Conclusion The psychological health of undergraduates in Xining is significantly lower than normal. The factors such as neuroticism, family economic status, school and ethnicity have an important influence on the mental health of college students.
