现代人力资本理论及其最新成果表明,职业经理人与技术创新者共称为人力资本。本文从五个方面探讨了我国建立完善职业经理人制度的基本要点,研究和阐明了在当前国企分配领域推行职业经理人年薪制的关键问题。
The modern human capital theory and its latest achievements show that professional managers and technology innovators are collectively referred to as human capital. This article discusses the basic points of establishing a perfect professional manager system in China from five aspects, and studies and illustrates the key issues in the implementation of the annual salary system for professional managers in the current allocation of state-owned enterprises.
