一、客观条件的不同企业内部的激励机制是与企业所处的客观环境分不开的。因此,在探讨企业的内部激励机制之前,应先弄清两种不同性质企业客观环境的差异。1.思想观念不同。大中型企业的职工在思想上有着政策观念、集体观念和主人翁观念较强的优势,但是,由于长期受产品经济观念的影响,最缺乏市场观念、商品观念和竞争观念,在激烈的市场竞争中,还在依靠政策和政府求生存,因而缺乏强化企业内部激励机制的思想动力。而乡镇企业少有产品经济的影响,除少数依靠地理优势承接任务外,绝大部分都靠市场竞争,因而有较好的强化内部激励机制的思想基础。
I. Different objective conditions The internal incentive mechanism of an enterprise is inseparable from the objective environment in which the company is located. Therefore, before exploring the company’s internal incentive mechanism, it is necessary to clarify the differences between the two different natures of the objective environment of the company. 1. Different ideas. The employees of large and medium-sized enterprises have ideologically superiority in terms of policy concept, collective concept, and ownership concept. However, due to the long-term influence of product economic concepts, they lack the market concept, commodity concept, and competition concept, and are in fierce market competition. It is still relying on policies and the government to survive, and thus lacks the ideological motivation to strengthen the internal incentive mechanism of the company. However, township and village enterprises rarely have the influence of product economy, except that a few rely on geographical advantages to undertake tasks, most of them rely on market competition, and thus have a better ideological basis for strengthening internal incentive mechanisms.
