目的:建立硼砂的拉曼指纹特征图谱,为硼砂的真伪鉴别提供新方法。方法:在对13批硼砂及其易混淆样品进行粉末X射线衍射(XRD)分析确定真伪的基础上,建立8批正品样品的拉曼光谱平均数图谱和中位数图谱,确定以这8批硼砂正品样品拉曼光谱及其平均数和中位数图谱的共有特征峰为指纹峰,并进行相似度评价和聚类分析。结果:XRD分析表明样品S1~S8均为正品,其余为伪品。以8批硼砂正品样品的平均数和中位数图谱的10个共有峰为特征信息建立拉曼指纹图谱,以样品的相关系数为相似度评价指标,硼砂正品的相似度均大于97%,伪品的相似度均低于29%,聚类分析结果亦可以将真伪硼砂准确区分。结论:拉曼光谱法可快速、准确实现硼砂及其粉末的真伪鉴别。
Objective: To establish the Raman fingerprints of borax and to provide a new method for the authenticity identification of borax. Methods: Based on the powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis of 13 batches of borax and its confusable samples, the average Raman spectra and median spectra of 8 batches of authentic samples were established. Raman spectra of authentic samples of borax and the common characteristic peaks of the mean and median spectra are the fingerprint peaks, and the similarity evaluation and cluster analysis are performed. Results: XRD analysis showed that samples S1 ~ S8 were both genuine ones and others were counterfeit ones. Raman fingerprinting was established by using the average of 10 batches of borax genuine samples and the 10 common peaks of the median spectrum. The correlation coefficient of the samples was the index of similarity evaluation. The similarity of genuine borax samples was more than 97% Similarity of the products are less than 29%, clustering analysis results can also be true and false borax accurate distinction. Conclusion: Raman spectroscopy can quickly and accurately identify the authenticity of borax and its powder.
