兼有官长、学者双重身份的郑欣淼同志,任故宫博物院院长迄今仅仅六年多的时间,但他却驾驶着勘奋之车穿越了八十年、六百年、五千年的时空隧道,对故宫博物院,对明清故宫,对中华文明历史长河,宏观细察,广收博取,著书立说,工作、研究成果之丰,令人钦佩。其中关于故宫学研究的倡导与实践,更多创始创新之见,在文物界反响热烈。本刊曾约请他撰写关于故宫学专稿,但他终未能践诺,现将其《天府永藏》一书的第六章《故宫文物与故宫、故宫学》分两期转载,以丰富本刊内容,推动故宫学研究。
