本文测定了30例市售牛奶中自由基捕捉剂SOD、V_E、V_C含量与活性,以及能够反映预防性抗氧化剂活性水平的指标“抗氧化活性”(简称AOA)。并与正常产妇母乳及其相应正常新生儿脐血进行了比较。结果表明:市售牛奶无论是预防性抗氧化剂水平还是自由基捕捉剂水平均明显低于母乳;其自由基捕捉剂水平也低于脐血,而AOA值则与脐血无显著性差异。提示:从抗氧化角度出发,市售牛奶其抗氧化状态明显低于母乳,且不能提供新生儿足够的抗氧化物质。
In this paper, the content and activity of free radical scavengers SOD, V_E and V_C in 30 commercial milk samples were determined, and the “antioxidant activity” (AOA), which can reflect the level of preventive antioxidant activity, was measured. And compared with the normal maternal milk and corresponding normal newborn umbilical blood. The results showed that the level of free-radical scavenger in commercial milk was significantly lower than that in breast milk, both in terms of prophylactic antioxidants and free-radical scavenger, while the level of free-radical scavenger was also lower than that of umbilical cord blood. However, AOA was not significantly different from cord blood. Tip: From the perspective of antioxidant, commercially available milk has significantly lower antioxidant status than breast milk, and can not provide enough newborn anti-oxidants.
