铝锂合金被认为是21世纪航空航天的理想结构材料。该文采用高光束质量Slab CO2激光器焊接1.9mm厚1420铝锂合金,研究激光焊接时氢气孔的行为特征,探讨氢气孔对激光焊接接头力学性能的影响。结果表明,氢气孔通常出现在熔合线附近。单面化学铣削0.1mm,激光焊接时就可以避免气孔的产生,较电弧焊接时单面化学铣削0.2-0.3mm显著减小。单面化学铣削0.05-0.1mm,焊接接头拉伸强度和延伸率明显提高。
Al-Li alloys are considered as ideal structural materials for aerospace in the 21st century. In this paper, a high beam quality Slab CO2 laser was used to weld 1.9mm thick 1420 Al-Li alloy to study the behavior of hydrogen pores in laser welding and the influence of hydrogen pores on the mechanical properties of laser welded joints. The results show that hydrogen pores usually appear near the fusion line. Single-sided chemical milling 0.1mm, laser welding can be avoided when the air hole, compared with single-sided chemical milling arc welding 0.2-0.3mm significantly reduced. Single-sided chemical milling 0.05-0.1mm, the tensile strength and elongation of welded joints increased significantly.
