目的:观察降脂理肝汤对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠脂联素、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的影响。方法:将61只SD雄性大鼠分为正常组(13只)和造模组(48只),经高脂饮食诱导造模,经切片成功后,将剩余40只造模组大鼠随机分成模型组,降脂理肝汤高、中、低剂量组(9.2、4.6、2.3g生药/kg),16周后取材,检测脂联素、SOD、TNF-α含量。结果:与模型组比较,降脂理肝汤各组均可明显增加脂联素的含量(P<0.01),中、高剂量组可明显提高SOD活性(P<0.01),高剂量组可明显降低TNF-α含量(P<0.01);与正常组比较,模型组与降脂理肝汤低、中剂量组脂联素含量均明显减少(P<0.01)、SOD活性明显降低(P<0.01),模型组TNF-α含量明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:降脂理肝汤可通过增加脂联素含量,增强胰岛素敏感性,提高SOD活性,降低血清TNF-α含量,抗氧化应激和减轻炎症治疗非酒精性脂肪肝,且其剂量与脂联素、SOD有明显相关性。
Objective: To observe the effect of Jiangzhi Ligan decoction on adiponectin, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) in non-alcoholic fatty liver rats. Methods: Sixty-one SD male rats were divided into normal group (n = 13) and model group (n = 48). After induced by high-fat diet, the remaining 40 model rats were randomly divided into Model group, Jiangzhi Ligan Decoction high, medium and low dose group (9.2,4.6,2.3g crude drug / kg), 16 weeks after the preparation, detection of adiponectin, SOD, TNF-α content. Results: Compared with the model group, the levels of adiponectin in each group were significantly increased (P <0.01), and the SOD activity was significantly increased in medium and high dose groups (P <0.01) (P <0.01). Compared with normal group, the levels of adiponectin in model group and Jiangzhi Ligan decoction were significantly decreased (P <0.01) and SOD activity was significantly decreased (P <0.01) ), The model group TNF-α content was significantly increased (P <0.01). Conclusion: Jiangzhi Ligan decoction can increase adiponectin by increasing adiponectin content, increasing insulin sensitivity, increasing SOD activity, decreasing serum TNF-α content, anti-oxidative stress and reducing inflammation in treating non-alcoholic fatty liver.
