目的 研究内折香茶菜素和内折香茶菜素 D(以下简称内折素和内折素 D)对动物移植性肿瘤的作用以及对机体免疫状态的影响。方法 以动物移植性肿瘤艾氏腹水癌 (ECA)、肉瘤 180 (S1 80 )、肝癌 (HCA)和 L ewis肺癌为模型 ,以 5 - Fu为阳性对照组 ,以生理盐水为阴性对照组 ,观察 12 .5和 2 5 m g/ kg内折素和内折素 D的抗肿瘤作用 ,并采用小鼠溶血素实验和小鼠迟发性变态反应实验观察内折素和内折素 D对机体免疫状态的影响。结果 内折素和内折素 D与阴性对照组相比在体外对 ECA肿瘤细胞有较强的杀伤力 ,在体内对 S1 80 实体型和腹水型肿瘤 ,HCA实体型和腹水型肿瘤以及 L ewis肺癌实体型肿瘤均有较强的抑制作用 ,对机体免疫状态无明显影响。结论 内折素和内折素 D具有较强的抗肿瘤作用 ,且对机体免疫状态无明显影响
Objective To investigate the effects of endophenacin and endoscorubin D (hereinafter referred to as endosterin and endosterin D) on animal transplantable tumors and their effects on the immune status of animals. METHODS: Animal transplantable tumors Ehrlich ascites carcinoma (ECA), sarcoma 180 (S1 80), liver cancer (HCA) and Lewis lung cancer were used as models. 5-FU was used as positive control group and normal saline was used as negative control group. 12.5 and 25 mg/kg of endostatin and endosterin D antitumor effect, and using mouse hemolysin experiment and mouse delayed allergy test to observe the effect of endosterin and endosterin D on immunity State effects. RESULTS Endosterin and endosterin D had a greater lethality against ECA tumor cells in vitro compared to the negative control group. In vivo S1 80 solid and ascites tumors, HCA solid and ascites tumors, and Lewis Solid tumors of lung cancer have a strong inhibitory effect and have no significant effect on the immune status of the body. Conclusion Endosterone and endosterin D have strong anti-tumor effects, and have no significant effect on the immune status of the body.
