文化产业已成为我国实现新一轮经济发展的战略产业。发展文化产业,其核心在于增强文化产业的竞争力。随着经济全球化步伐的加快,世界各国间的文化交流活动日益频繁和加深,我国文化产业发展还存在着不少问题。为此,要树立品牌意识,致力创作精品力作;要深化体制机制改革,不断解放和发展文化生产力;要加强人才战略,着力打造一支文化生力军。
The cultural industry has become a strategic industry in our country to achieve a new round of economic development. The core of developing cultural industries lies in enhancing the competitiveness of cultural industries. With the acceleration of economic globalization, cultural exchange activities among countries in the world are increasingly frequent and deepened. There are still many problems in the development of China’s cultural industry. To this end, we must establish a brand awareness, is committed to creating masterpieces of quality; to deepen the reform of institutional mechanisms, and constantly emancipate and develop cultural productive forces; to strengthen the talent strategy, strive to create a force of culture.
