目的:评估角膜胶原交联术治疗有严重感染的暴露性角膜炎的效果。方法:回顾性分析济南市第二人民医院2017年1月至2019年3月暴露性角膜炎30例(30眼)的临床资料，患者均行角膜胶原交联术治疗。结果:随访7～14个月，患者均无复发，且无并发症出现。所有患者裸眼视力术后2周较术前提高，差异有统计学意义(n t＝8.610，n P＝0.000)；术后3个月，角膜荧光染色均呈阴性，角膜上皮愈合良好，病变范围均缩小形成稳定的薄翳。n 结论:角膜胶原交联术治疗有严重感染的暴露性角膜炎效果良好。“,”Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of collagen cross-linking for the treatment of exposure keratitis with severe infection.Methods:The clinical data of 30 eyes of 30 cases of exposure keratitis with severe infection from Jan.2017 to Mar.2019 in Jinan Second People’s Hospital were analyzed retrospectively. All patients were treated with corneal collagen cross-linking.Results:During 7-14 months follow-up, there was no recurrence or complication.The uncorrected visual acuity at 2 weeks after operation was better than that before operation.The difference was statistically significant (n t=8.610, n P=0.000). At 3 months after operation, the corneal fluorescence staining was negative, the corneal epithelium healed well, and the lesion area was shrunk to form stable thin nebula.n Conclusion:Collagen cross-linking is an effective method for the treatment of exposure keratitis with severe infection.
