建立了同时测定烟用胶中8种醛酮(甲醛、乙醛、丙酮、丙烯醛、丙醛、巴豆醛、2-丁酮和丁醛)的水分散直接衍生/高效液相色谱(HPLC)方法。研究结果表明:目标分析物采用该法可在18 min内完全分离,并在23 min内完成分析全过程;8种醛酮的检出限为0.4~0.7μg/L,定量限为1.4~2.3μg/L,回收率为89.1%~97.5%,平均RSD(相对标准偏差)<5.7%。
A water dispersive direct derivatization / high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was developed for simultaneous determination of 8 aldehydes and ketones (formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, acetone, acrolein, propionaldehyde, crotonaldehyde, 2-butanone and butyraldehyde) method. The results showed that the target analyte could be completely separated within 18 min and the whole process was completed within 23 min. The detection limits of eight aldehydes and ketones were 0.4-0.7 μg / L and the limits of quantitation were 1.4-2.3 μg / L, the recoveries ranged from 89.1% to 97.5%, and the average RSD (relative standard deviation) was less than 5.7%.
