某作者观察奥曲肽治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血。本组共 4 8例 ,男 33例 ,女 15例。出血量均在 5 0 0毫升以上 ,其中 15例(31.3% )有一次以上出血病史。全部病例分为 2组。奥曲肽治疗组 2 7例 ,奥曲肽 0 .1mg加 10 %葡萄糖溶液 2 0 ml静脉注射 ,以后 5 0 μg/ h于 10 %葡萄糖溶液 An author observed octreotide treatment of esophageal variceal bleeding.
