分层教学是针对学生现有的知识基础、智力水平、非智力因素和学习成绩等差异,划分层次,并相应制定出不同的教学目标,提出不同的教学要求,施以不同的教学内容,采取不同的教学方式,以最大限度地调动每一个学生的学习积极性,充分促进学生智能发展的一种教学法。同时分层教学模式为学生主体性的发挥创造了更好的环境,学生能主动地根据自己的需求、兴趣、潜能规划设计自己的学习,可以从更深层次上真正实现因材施教。
