公平感知理论分析

本文通过对文献的阅读,从公平感的定义、公平感的维度、公平感的前因变量这三个方面进行研究综述研究。个人和组织两个层面来分析影响公平感的因素,并通过公平感各个维度与组织效果(组织承诺、满意度、组织公民行为、绩效)影响来分析影响公平感的前因变量。并在此基础上提出了未来研究应结合我们中国国情来进行研究。 Through reading the literature, this article studies the research from the following three aspects: the definition of fairness, the sense of fairness and the antecedent of fairness. Individuals and organizations to analyze the factors that affect the sense of fairness, and to analyze the antecedents that influence the sense of fairness through a fair sense of the impact of each dimension and organizational effect (organizational commitment, satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior, performance). Based on this, it is proposed that future research should be conducted in combination with our national conditions in China.
