回首十年,改革成就了新国企。展望未来,实现国有企业的更好发展,仍然要靠改革……国企改革一度被称作“最难啃的骨头”。机制僵化、效率低下、包袱沉重,许多人一提国企就摇头。政企不分、政资不分、动力不足,体制难题长期困扰着国企。迎难而进,矢志不渝。十年前,国企改革再次发力,设立国有资产监督管理机构,全面推进国有企业布局调整、体制改革、机制创新。经历坎坷曲折、激昂壮阔的探索,如今,国有企业已是活力、效率、影响力的代名词。在2012年公布的世界500强企业中,已有54家国有企业上榜。
