脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF),作为神经营养物质的一员,广泛分布于神经系统,在神经元分化、发育、存活中发挥重要作用。肠道各层结构中均大量表达BDNF及其受体。BDNF不仅在肠神经系统发育过程中起着重要作用,还与神经元可塑性调节相关。BDNF参与肠道感染和胃肠动力调节,其机制可能是与其调节肠道感觉和运动神经元的可塑性,并与5-羟色胺、降钙素基因相关肽等因子的相互作用相关。
