P_(77)PMC大鼠是北京医科大学培育的一种遗传性听源性癫痫鼠。我们首次发现:给P_(77)PMC大鼠100Hz电针引起的镇痛效果明显优于正常Wistar鼠。不仅电针当时的镇痛效果较强,而且其后效应显著延长。八肽胆囊收缩素(CCK-8)具有强烈的抗阿片作用,能对抗电针的镇痛作用。曾有报道P_(77)PMC鼠脑内CCK-8
P_(77)PMC rat is a kind of hereditary auditory epilepsy mouse bred by Beijing Medical University. We found for the first time that the analgesic effect of P_(77)PMC rat 100 Hz electroacupuncture was significantly better than that of normal Wistar rats. Not only did the electroacupuncture have a strong analgesic effect at that time, but its subsequent effects were significantly longer.
