酸法提硼工艺原料中的镁硼比是影响酸耗的主要因素。通过对高铁低硼矿石半工业试验结果的剖析，得出其开发利用途径是通过适宜的选矿深度，选取镁硼比降至最低的铁硼混合精矿供化工酸法或高炉熔炼分离。
Acid method boron content of raw materials in the magnesium boron ratio is the main factor affecting acid consumption. Through the analysis of the semi-industrial test results of high-speed railway and low-boron ore, we find that the way of its development and utilization is to select the iron-boron mixed concentrate with the lowest ratio of magnesium to boron by chemical dressing or blast furnace smelting through proper dressing depth.
