汽车变速箱作为一个整体,在激振力的作用下产生振动与噪声是必然的结果,轴承、轴系、箱体等对变速箱的振动噪声都有影响。通过模拟运行方式,采集并分析了某型号汽车变速箱的时频域信号。对变速箱进行振动噪声时频域分析,可以掌握振动与噪声特性,这为后续对变速器进行以减振降噪为目的的结构动力学优化设计奠定了试验的基础。
Automotive gearbox as a whole, under the action of exciting force produce vibration and noise is the inevitable result, the bearing, shaft system, box and so on the transmission of vibration and noise have an impact. By simulating the operation mode, the time-frequency domain signal of a certain type automobile transmission is collected and analyzed. The frequency and frequency domain analysis of the vibration and noise of the gearbox can grasp the vibration and noise characteristics, which lays the foundation for the follow-up optimization design of the structural dynamics for the purpose of vibration reduction and noise reduction of the transmission.
