本文根据1984年6月《城市道路设计规范》第九章柔性路面(第三稿)和1984年3月《公路柔性路面设计规范》(征求意见稿)的规范,以三层弹性层状体系在双圆荷载作用下,位移、应力和剪应力的解析表达式,对大于三层体系按当量换算方法,并在结构层中考虑了铺筑地区所用材料的经济指标,用BASIC算法语言,编制了柔性路面的厚度设计最优化电算程序。电算的厚度能够满足设计规范中各项设计指标,而使用本程序对因地制宜,就地选材,降低成本均最经济。本程序功能较多,能够计算和验算结构层中任一层规范中规定的任一指标,并采用解放与黄河两种标准车。本程序可供设计城市道路和公路路面参考。
