本文分析了40例进展期胃癌的血管造影表现,所有患者均经病理证实。其中37例作了110次动脉灌注化疗,有效率为81％,未见重要的并发症。对血管造影征象及其意义进行了讨论。初步结果表明:动脉灌注化疗在进展期胃癌的综合治疗中是一种安全而有效的姑息疗法。
This article analyzed the angiographic appearance of 40 cases of advanced gastric cancer, all patients were confirmed by pathology. In 37 cases, 110 arterial infusion chemotherapy was performed. The effective rate was 81%. No major complications were found. The angiographic signs and their significance were discussed. Preliminary results indicate that arterial infusion chemotherapy is a safe and effective palliative treatment in the comprehensive treatment of advanced gastric cancer.
