数字图书馆馆藏的评价是数字图书馆评价的重要内容。在模糊信息环境下,评价专家对馆藏的评价指标往往给出的是区间直觉模糊信息。目前基于区间直觉模糊信息的数字图书馆馆藏的评价方法的研究在数字图书馆馆藏的定量评价中还是一个空白,因此有必要加强研究。本文引入了区间直觉模糊数的一些运算法则、得分函数和精确函数,在数字图书馆馆藏的评价指标权重给定的条件下,建立了基于区间直觉模糊信息加权平均算子进行集结的馆藏评价模型,实例分析表明该方法是有效的。
Evaluation of digital library collections is an important part of digital library evaluation. In the fuzzy information environment, evaluation experts usually evaluate the collection of interval intuitionistic fuzzy information. At present, the research on the evaluation method of digital library collections based on interval intuitionistic fuzzy information is still a blank in the quantitative evaluation of digital library collections, so it is necessary to strengthen the research. In this paper, some algorithms, interval functions and exact functions of interval intuitionistic fuzzy numbers are introduced. Based on the weights given by the evaluation indexes in the collection of digital library, a collection evaluation model based on the weighted average operator of interval intuitionistic fuzzy information is established The case study shows that this method is effective.
