石油通信企业,是指中国石油、石化集团下属的油田通信专网企业。作为我国通信行业中的特殊一员,长期以来既缺乏国家政策扶持,又因非主业单位身份而未得到石油石化企业集团内部的有力支援,处境尴尬,市场空间严重受限。为了实现石油通信企业的有效经营与可持续发展,只有积极转变观念,认真研究市场特点,才能闯出一条有石油通信企业特色的市场开发之路。本文以中原通信为例,探析了企业在找准市场定位、突破发展困局方面的成功做法,对石油通信企业外闯市场具有一定的借鉴意义。
Oil communications companies, refers to the China Petroleum, Petrochemical Group affiliated oil field communications network enterprises. As a special member in China’s telecommunications industry, it has long lagged behind state policy support and has not been given strong support from the petroleum and petrochemical conglomerates as a result of its non-mainstay business. As a result, it is in an awkward position and its market space is severely restricted. In order to realize the effective operation and sustainable development of petroleum communication enterprises, only by changing the concept actively and carefully studying the market characteristics can we break a road of market development featuring petroleum communication enterprises. Taking Zhongyuan Telecom as an example, this paper explores the successful practices of enterprises in locating market positions and breaking through the development dilemma, which is of certain reference significance for the petroleum communication enterprises to break into the market.
