为了研究工艺参数对45~#钢表面WC-Co熔覆层组织及性能的影响,采用5kWCO_2激光器在45~#钢表面激光熔覆WC-Co涂层。利用SEM观察、显微硬度测试手段,研究了激光功率、扫描速度对熔覆层的显微硬度以及组织的影响。结果表明:在其它条件不变时,随着能量密度的增加,熔覆层的显微硬度下降;激光能量密度不同,对流作用不同。激光能量密度越大,熔池中对流作用越强,熔池中合金元素的分布越均匀。这些结果对激光熔覆WC-Co涂层相关领域的研究是很有帮助的。
In order to study the effect of process parameters on microstructure and properties of WC-Co cladding layer on 45 ~ # steel, WC-Co coating was laser cladding on 45 ~ # steel with 5kW CO2 laser. The effects of laser power and scanning speed on the microhardness and microstructure of the cladding layer were investigated by means of SEM observation and microhardness testing. The results show that the microhardness of the cladding layer decreases with the increase of energy density under the same conditions. The laser energy density is different and the convection function is different. The larger the laser energy density, the stronger the convection in the weld pool, the more uniform the alloying elements in the weld pool. These results are helpful for the research in the field of laser cladding WC-Co coating.
