主要考察了中性木聚糖酶预处理过程中酶用量对聚木糖、木素溶出规律的影响,并比较了不同酶用量和有效氯用量下助漂效果。结果显示木聚糖酶预处理能有效地提高桉木硫酸盐浆的可漂性。在DQP漂白前使用10IU/g的木聚糖酶进行处理,可提高纸浆白度5.5%ISO,而在相同总有效氯的D0EPD1漂白前进行酶处理,可提高纸浆白度7.0%ISO。若以80%ISO为目标白度,使用5 IU/g的木聚糖酶进行预处理可节省至少33%的总有效氯用量。
The effects of enzyme dosage on the xylan and lignin dissolution during the neutralization of xylanase were investigated. The effects of different enzyme dosage and effective chlorine dosage on the bleaching efficiency were compared. The results showed that xylanase pretreatment can effectively improve the eucalyptus kraft pulp bleachability. Treatment with 10 IU / g xylanase prior to DQP bleaching resulted in an increase in pulp whiteness of 5.5% ISO, whereas enzymatic treatment prior to D0EPD1 bleaching of the same total available chlorine increased pulp whiteness by 7.0% ISO. Pretreatment with 5 IU / g xylanase resulted in savings of at least 33% of the total available chlorine if the target whiteness was 80% ISO.
