“提篮式”系杆拱桥主拱钢管1/2卧式预拼架设技术,以原主拱合龙三维坐标系的拱顶横截面为轴,两个拱脚向上旋转,使拱脚轴线端点旋转至与拱顶轴线端点为同一水平面进行坐标体系转变,Z值不变,X、Y值改变,设置预制场内拱肋模拟到地面主拱肋预制三维坐标体系。根据拱肋的挠度设置拼装支撑架后,完成主拱钢管在预制场内的1/2卧式预拼。平板车配合由卷扬机与滑轮组组成的牵引系统,将拼制完成的主拱钢管牵引、平移至驳岸,由浮吊吊装、竖向旋转、肋脚就位,拱肋在拱顶处对接合龙。这一技术的研究应用,为桥梁施工提供了一定的参考借鉴。
