本文就30个正常成人小脑连续冠状切片上的齿状核作了立体定位研究。以第四脑室顶作为原点,由此点定出基准平面和基准轴线。所得结果:齿状核前,后极平面间距离为16mm,其中3mm位于FO平面前方;13mm位于FO平面后方;上、下极平面间距离为18mm,其中11mm位于HO平面之上,7mm位于HO平面之下;内、外极平面间距离为11mm,内极和外极至SO平面间距离分别为6mm和17mm。齿状核靶心的三度空间座标为X=11mm,Y=-3mm,Z=-5mm。 上述齿状核立体定位解剖学资料,供临床作定向手术时参考。
In this paper, 30 normal adult cerebellum on the coronal section of the dentate gyrus made a stereotaxic study. With the fourth ventricle as the origin, the reference plane and the reference axis are determined from this point. The results are as follows: the distance between the anterior and posterior pole planes of the dentate nucleus is 16mm, of which 3mm is in front of the FO plane; 13mm behind the FO plane; the distance between the upper and lower pole planes is 18mm, 11mm above the HO plane and 7mm between HO Plane; the distance between the inner and outer pole planes is 11 mm, and the distance between the inner pole and the outer pole to the SO plane is 6 mm and 17 mm, respectively. The three-dimensional spatial coordinates of the dentate core were X = 11 mm, Y = -3 mm and Z = -5 mm.
