未来10年(或称跨世纪年代),将是世界各国抓住机遇发展经济的10年,各国企业竞争将更加激烈,企业管理将更加向现代化发展.具体来说,国外未来10年企业管理将呈现如下大趋势、新特点:1.企业创新管理将越来越受到重视.要培养企业家精神,树立市场竞争观念和风险经营观念,善于将企业资源转变为经营优势,提高企业的创新应变能力,以在急剧的外部环境变化中,把握开拓市场的主动权.2.企业“软件”管理将更加系统化.现代企业管理的系统模式是由战略、结构、制度、技巧、人员、作风及共同价值观七方面组成,简称“TS”模式.“TS”模式中战略、结构和制度是管理的“硬件”,其适用于一切企业的管理;而人员、作风、技巧、共同价值观则是管理的“软件”,因此,跨世纪年代管理的重点,就是要提高运用“软件”管理企业的水平.3.企业战略管理将强调目标的创新.现代企业的经营管理是一种面向企业外部的、以期实现企业预期经营目标的管理.它主要是谋求企业发展目标、企业动态发展与外部环境的适应
