小麦产量和蛋白质百分含量是其生产和销售中的关键因子。产量可以衡量籽粒淀粉沉积活力,蛋白质百分含量虽与产量无关,但能反映N代谢过程。本文从生理学角度探讨小麦胚乳中淀粉和蛋白质沉积,特别是淀粉和蛋白质沉积的受控程度,以及不受对方影响时各自的增产幅度。同时,还讨论了提高淀粉和蛋白质沉积量的对策。
Wheat yield and protein percentage are key factors in its production and marketing. Grain yield can be measured starch deposition vitality, although the protein content has nothing to do with the yield, but can reflect the N metabolic process. This paper explores the controlled degree of starch and protein deposition in wheat endosperm, especially the starch and protein deposition, and their respective yield increases from the physiological point of view. At the same time, also discussed to improve starch and protein deposition measures.
