目的探讨血清Hepcidin和白介素6(IL-6)在胆道闭锁合并贫血患儿中的临床意义及其关系。方法选择2012年5月—2014年2月我院收治的50例胆道闭锁合并贫血患儿作为观察组,选择同期50例体检健康者作为对照组,应用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测两组受检者血清Hepcidin和IL-6水平。结果观察组患儿血清Hepcidin为(65.83±29.78)μg/L,高于对照组的(39.45±28.67)μg/L;IL-6为(40.32±60.25)ng/L,高于对照组的(12.75±18.78)ng/L(P<0.05)。观察组患儿血清Hepcidin与IL-6呈正相关(r=0.385,P<0.05)。结论胆道闭锁合并贫血患儿血清Hepcidin、IL-6呈高表达,且Hepcidin与IL-6呈正相关,两者在胆道闭锁的发生发展中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum Hepcidin and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in children with biliary atresia and anemia. Methods Fifty patients with biliary atresia with anemia admitted from May 2012 to February 2014 in our hospital were selected as the observation group and 50 healthy subjects were selected as the control group during the same period. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) Group subjects serum Hepcidin and IL-6 levels. Results The serum level of Hepcidin in observation group was (65.83 ± 29.78) μg / L, higher than that in control group (39.45 ± 28.67) μg / L and (40.32 ± 60.25) ng / L, 12.75 ± 18.78) ng / L (P <0.05). Serum Hepcidin and IL-6 in the observation group were positively correlated (r = 0.385, P <0.05). Conclusion Serum Hepcidin and IL-6 in children with biliary atresia and anemia are highly expressed, and Hepcidin is positively correlated with IL-6, both of which play an important role in the occurrence and development of biliary atresia.
