[目的]观察热毒净及阿昔洛韦对EB病毒抗原表达有无抑制作用,并比较两者对EB病毒的作用强弱。[方法]免疫酶法测定热毒净及阿昔洛韦对Raji细胞早期抗原(EA)的表达,分别计算出两者的阻断率(IR)。[结果]热毒净在无毒的浓度下,对Raji细胞EB病毒EA抗原表达有较强的抑制作用,阿昔洛韦在实验的浓度下,对EB病毒EA抗原表达也有抑制作用。[结论]热毒净与阿昔洛韦比较能较强抑制EB病毒抗原的表达。
[Objective] To observe the effect of heat toxicity and acyclovir on the expression of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) antigen, and to compare the effect of both on the Epstein-Barr virus. [Methods] The expression of heat toxicity net and acyclovir on Raji cells’ early antigen (EA) were measured by immunoenzymatic method, and the blocking rate (IR) was calculated respectively. [Result] Toxic net had a strong inhibitory effect on EA antigen expression of EB virus in Raji cells at a non-toxic concentration, and acyclovir also inhibited the expression of EA antigen of EB virus at the experimental concentration. [Conclusion] The net heat net and acyclovir can strongly inhibit the expression of Epstein-Barr virus antigens.
