目的 :采用直接数字放射技术(DDR)双能量减影评价金福安汤治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法:将40例中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为2组各20例,单纯化疗组予GP方案为基础化疗,综合治疗组在对照组的基础上加用金福安汤治疗,采用DDR双能量减影作为影像评价,比较2组临床疗效及安全性。结果:2组有效率、稳定率比较,经χ2检验,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后2组患者咳嗽、血痰、胸痛、气短、乏力等症状评分均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05);且综合治疗组咳嗽、胸痛、乏力等症状积分下降较单纯化疗组更显著(P<0.05)。治疗后综合治疗组体力活动状态(PS)评分明显著降低,与同组治疗前及单纯化疗组治疗后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在改善白细胞减少、恶心/呕吐不良反应方面综合治疗组疗效优于单纯化疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化疗联合金福安汤治疗中晚期肺癌有利于改善患者临床症状和生存质量,安全性高。DDR双能量减影可作为影像评价疗效指标。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of Jin Fu An Decoction in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer using direct digital radiography (DDR) dual-energy subtraction. Methods: Forty patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups of 20 patients. The chemotherapy alone group was treated with GP regimen. The combined treatment group was treated with Jin Fu An Decoction on the basis of the control group, Energy subtraction as an imaging evaluation, the clinical efficacy and safety of two groups were compared. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in the effective rate and the stability rate by χ2 test (P> 0.05). After treatment, the cough, bloody sputum, chest pain, shortness of breath, fatigue and other symptoms in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05); and the scores of cough, chest pain and fatigue in the comprehensive treatment group were significantly lower than those in the chemotherapy alone group <0.05). After treatment, the physical activity score (PS) in the comprehensive treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group and the chemotherapy group (P <0.05). In the improvement of leukopenia, nausea / vomiting adverse reactions in the treatment group than in the chemotherapy group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Chemotherapy combined with Jin Fu An Tang in the treatment of advanced lung cancer is beneficial to improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with high safety. DDR dual-energy subtraction can be used as an evaluation index.
