川渝油气田每年修井数多(达300井次),其中近50%为低压油气井,且相当部分井的天然气中含有H2S、CO2等有毒有害气体,造成低压气井修井作业时极为困难。为此,提出应综合考虑修井中的井控安全、储层保护、井下油管腐蚀和作业后复产等工艺技术,并在多个地质构造上应用非选择性堵水剂、可循环暂堵液、液体桥塞等暂堵压井液体系,取得了能压稳井、低伤害和安全作业的应用效果。分析对比暂堵液体系的现场应用情况,其中可循环暂堵液适用性更强,稳定时间长,不但可以满足暂时封隔地层流体的目的,而且在施工结束后可采取破胶水化依靠地层能量将其排出地面,也可采取天然气或者液氮气举的方式排出,减少了对地层的污染,适宜在现场推广应用。

The application of temporary plugging fluid system is analyzed and compared. The recyclable plugging fluid is more adaptable and stable for a long time. It not only can meet the purpose of temporary fluid confinement, but also can take gelatinization after the completion of construction. To discharge it from the ground, it can also take natural gas or liquid nitrogen discharge way, reducing the contamination of the formation, suitable for promotion and application in the field.
