[目的]分析静态行为与屏前行为、轻度体力活动、中重度体力活动,以及与学生营养状况的关系。[方法]2011年采用多阶段抽样法抽取上海市3个区3所中学共10个班级的学生自行填写的调查表,对学生上学日和周末的整日各个活动进行分类汇总和分析。对数据进行描述性分析、相关性分析和Kruskal-Wallis检验。[结果]周末调查对象的静态行为是每天389.19 min,屏前行为的时间是每天122.93 min,均超过上学日的3倍。青少年的静态行为时间与中重度体力活动无关,与轻度体力活动有关。肥胖组、超重组、体重正常组、较低体重组和营养不良组周末的屏前时间均值的差异有统计学意义。[结论]青少年课余时间的体力活动不足,屏前行为可能与青少年不良的营养状况有关。
[Objective] To analyze the relationship between static behavior and pre-screen behavior, mild physical activity, moderate-severe physical activity and their nutritional status. [Methods] In 2011, a questionnaire filled out by 10 students from 3 middle schools in 3 districts of Shanghai was drawn by multi-stage sampling method to classify and analyze all the activities of students on the school days and weekends. Data descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and Kruskal-Wallis test. [Results] The static behavior of the weekend survey participants was 389.19 min per day and the screen time was 122.93 min per day, both of which exceeded 3 times of the previous school days. The static behavior time of adolescents has nothing to do with moderate to severe physical activity, and mild physical activity. There was significant difference in average screen time between the obesity group, the overweight group, the normal weight group, the lower body weight group and the malnourished group on the weekend. [Conclusion] The physical activity of adolescents in spare time is not enough. The behavior of screen before adolescence may be related to the poor nutritional status of adolescents.
