对用电沉积方法制备稀土-铁系金属合金功能性薄膜进行了初步探讨。通过对从二甲亚砜溶液中电沉积La-Fe-Co合金的研究发现,镀液中La3+的含量应运高于Fe2+及Co2+的含量,才能有La沉积出来,控制镀液组成可获得含La量在3%左右的La-Fe-Co合金镀层,镀层外观为灰白色。工艺条件对镀层组成影响不大,电镀过程中,二甲亚砜也被还原使镀层含硫,镀液阴极电流效率仅为20%~30%。
The electrodeposition method for the preparation of rare earth - iron-based metal alloy functional films were discussed. Through the study of electrodepositing La-Fe-Co alloy from dimethylsulfoxide solution, it is found that the content of La3 + in the plating solution should be higher than the content of Fe2 + and Co2 +, so that La can be deposited and the composition of the plating solution can be controlled to contain La The amount of La-Fe-Co alloy coating at about 3%, the appearance of the coating is gray. The process conditions have little effect on the composition of the coating. During the electroplating process, the dimethylsulfoxide is also reduced to make the coating contain sulfur, and the cathodic current efficiency of the plating solution is only 20% -30%.
