通过在稻田土壤进行烤烟免耕栽培试验,研究比较了免耕栽培与常规栽培对植烟土壤及烤烟根系生长的影响。结果表明,免耕A、B 2个处理较常规栽培的耕层变浅,土壤容重除A处理的表层(5~10 cm)略有增大,其余基本相同,适宜于烤烟生长;土壤pH、有机质、碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾以及全氮、缓效钾的含量差异不大;土壤微生物之间有一定差异,但对土壤酶的活性影响较小;免耕栽培A处理的烤烟根幅较常规栽培的略宽,分布变浅,主根变短,但侧根数量增多、鲜重和干重略大,B处理的根幅与常规栽培的较接近,侧根的数量略多,鲜重和干重均略大。
The effects of no-tillage and conventional cultivation on root growth of tobacco-growing soil and flue-cured tobacco were studied by experiments on no-till cultivation of flue-cured tobacco in paddy soils. The results showed that no-tillage A and B were lighter than the conventional cultivated tillage, soil bulk density increased slightly except the surface layer (5 ~ 10 cm) treated by A, and the rest were basically the same, which was suitable for the growth of flue-cured tobacco. Soil pH, Organic matter, available nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium, total nitrogen and slow-acting potassium did not show much difference. There were some differences among soil microorganisms, but little effect on soil enzyme activity. Compared with the conventional cultivation, the width of the roots was slightly wider and the distribution of the roots was shorter. The number of lateral roots increased, while the fresh weight and dry weight were slightly larger. Dry weight are slightly larger.
