目的 :评价手术室实施弹性排班制度的效果。方法 :本研究选取 1999年 6月 - 2 0 0 0年 5月和 2 0 0 0年 6月 - 2 0 0 1年 5月两年间在手术室工作的 6 0位护理人员 ,对年手术例数、年加班时数、年欠班时数、年补休时数 (年绝对加班时数 )、人均日工作时间与传统排班制度进行统计和比较 ,同时对这 6 0位护理人员进行弹性排班满意度的问卷调查。结果 :弹性排班制度适应手术量的增长 ,使管理者有效利用人员和手术间 ,提高了工作质量 ,从而使患者、医院和护理人员三方均获益。结论 :护理人员对弹性排班制度持赞同意见
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of operating a flexible scheduling system in the operating room. Methods: This study selected 60 nurses working in the operating room between June 1999 and May 2000 and June 2000 to May 2001, Number of years of overtime, the number of hours in arrears, the number of hours of annual rest (annual absolute overtime hours), per capita daily working hours and the traditional scheduling system statistics and comparison, at the same time the 60 nursing staff flexibility Questionnaire about schedule satisfaction. Results: The flexible scheduling system adapted to the increase of the operation volume, enabled the managers to effectively use the personnel and the operating room, and improved the quality of the work so as to benefit all the patients, the hospital and the nursing staff. Conclusion: Nurses agree with the flexible scheduling system
