锡石自然重砂测量对寻找锡矿有利。利用已有自然重砂测量数据,可知区内主要的自然重砂矿物组合是锡石+钨族矿物+铅族矿物+黄铁矿+磁铁矿等,对比腾冲梁河地区典型矿床的矿石矿物与自然重砂矿物的组合特征,总结出自然重砂组合对锡矿体的响应程度,自然重砂异常与矿床有极好的相关性;分析了自然重砂矿物组合所蕴含的矿床成因类型信息,有利于判定锡矿床的成因类型和成矿温度,便于快速锁定有效的找矿模型;结合岩浆岩、地层和构造等地质因素,以及地形和水系特征,在该地区圈定出自然重砂异常区,为下一步找矿勘查提出了参考资料。
