本文采用逆推归纳法,构建了以最优连带责任替代严格连带责任为核心的互联担保贷款风险控制模型,数理分析认为通过设置最优连带责任,既可以保证组内风险转移的最大化,又可以使其无线接近于策略违约点而又不致引发策略性违约。本文证明了最优连带责任相比于严格连带责任可以更有效地控制互联担保贷款风险,从而在机制设计上实现有效缓解互联担保贷款风险的目标。
In this paper, using the method of inversely inducing inducement, this paper constructs the risk control model of interconnected secured loans with the optimal joint and several liability instead of the strict liability. The mathematical analysis shows that by setting the optimal joint and several liability, we can not only maximize the risk transfer in the group, Can make it wirelessly close to the point of policy breach without causing strategic default. This paper proves that the optimal joint and several liability can control the risk of interconnected secured loans more effectively than the strict liability, so as to achieve the objective of mechanism design to effectively mitigate the risk of interconnected secured loans.
