約十年前,工程机械采用履带与輪胎底盘的比例是60:40%,甚至达到70:30%。由于履带底盘的一些缺点及施工、維修費用高,故近来輪胎式工程机械愈来愈多。为了提高劳动生产和利潤率,势必提高机器的功率并应用較大的輪胎,这就要求相应地加大机器其他参数,从而使机器售价提高。輪胎底盘的使用在逐步扩大,直至今天,同履带底盘相比,它已占了优势。据統計,目前輪胎与履带底盘的比例是70:30%,有的为80:20%,甚至达到90:10%。为了証实上述結論,本文拟将輪胎与履带底盘的优缺点作一对比,并談談輪胎底盘的应用情况,作为設計师选用底盘时的参考。
About a decade ago, the ratio of track and tire chassis for construction machinery was 60:40%, even reaching 70:30%. Due to the disadvantages of the crawler chassis and the high construction and maintenance costs, more and more tire-type construction machines have recently been used. In order to increase labor productivity and profitability, it is bound to increase the power of the machine and apply larger tires, which requires the corresponding increase in other parameters of the machine, thus increasing the price of the machine. The use of tire chassis is gradually expanding until today, and it has gained an advantage over crawler chassis. According to statistics, the current ratio of tires to crawler chassis is 70:30%, and some are 80:20%, even reaching 90:10%. In order to confirm the above conclusions, this article intends to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the tire with the crawler chassis, and talk about the application of the tire chassis, as a reference when the designer chooses the chassis.
