工会一个“为人民服务”的组织,在很长一段时间内似乎消失在了人们的视线中,职工维权首先想到的不是找工会,而是找法律仲裁机构,工会职能的弱化让人们以为其只存在于部分国企内部。最近一部热播剧让人们重新认识到了工会,《人民的名义》中关于工会的部分占了好几集分量,工会为民服务,为民请命的职责重新展现在了大家的眼前,工会干部一心将维护职工合法权益视为己任,维护职工的权益,稳定职工的情绪,让职工在单位中感受到温暖,感受到公平,并不断表现出积极的工作态度。本文就当前机关工会工作建设中存在的问题进行分析,再针对问题提出了相应的解决方案,以期研究结果能为机关工会建设提供一定的指导性建议。
For a long time, the trade union organization that “serves the people” seems to have disappeared in people’s eyes. The first thing that workers’ rights defenders think of is not to find a labor union, but to find a legal arbitration body. The weakening of the functions of trade unions makes people think It exists only in some state-owned enterprises. Recently, a hit drama reminds people of the unions. In the name of the people, the part concerning the trade unions occupies several groups, the unions serve the people and the responsibilities of petitioning people are re-displayed in front of everyone. Will safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers as their responsibility to safeguard the interests of workers and staff to stabilize the emotions, so that workers feel warm in the unit, feel fair, and continue to show a positive working attitude. This article analyzes the existing problems in the construction of the trade unions’ work in the government, and puts forward corresponding solutions to the problems in the hope of providing some guidance for the construction of trade unions.
