我国医药卫生体制改革正在进行中,本文主要从罗尔斯《正义论》的视野分析了此次医改的合理性。首先,根据罗尔斯的机会公正平等原则,分析评价目前医改中的民营医疗机构和基本药物供应商招标问题;其次,根据罗尔斯的“最小受惠者”理论评价了将农村作为改革重点和补贴医生收入的合理性;最后,根据罗尔斯的“社会基本善”理论,对医改中的相关政策进行了评价。 China’s medical and health system reform is underway. This paper mainly analyzes the reasonableness of this medical reform from the perspective of Rawls’s Theory of Justice. First of all, according to Rawls’s principle of fair and equal opportunity, we analyze and evaluate the current bidding problems of private medical institutions and essential drug suppliers in the medical reform. Secondly, according to Rawls’s “minimum beneficiary” theory, Reform the key points and subsidize the doctor’s income rationality; Finally, according to Rawls’s “social basic good ” theory, the medical reform in the relevant policies were evaluated.
