目的：探讨Ｓｔａｒｋ新式剖宫产术的特点。方法：对１９９７年１１月～１９９８年２月行新式剖宫产手术１１５例患者的手术时间、出血量、术后恢复、拆线时间、出院时间与１０６例行传统剖宫产术者进行比较。结果：２组在手术时间（分别为２１１ｍｉｎ±７１ｍｉｎ和５２５ｍｉｎ±２１０ｍｉｎ）、手术开始至胎儿娩出时间（分别为４９±３４ｍｉｎ和８８±５４ｍｉｎ）、术中出血量（分别为１３５ｍｌ±６８ｍｌ和２０６ｍｌ±９８ｍｌ）等均存在显著性差异（Ｐ＜００５）。结论：新式剖宫产术，具有手术时间短、术中出血少、组织损伤小、手术程序简单、拆线早、住院时间短、术后恢复快等优点。 Objective: To investigate the characteristics of Stark’s new cesarean section. Methods: The operation time, blood loss, postoperative recovery, stitches removal time and discharge time of 115 patients undergoing new cesarean section from November 1997 to February 1998 were compared with those of 106 conventional cesarean sections . Results: The operative time (211min ± 71min and 525min ± 210min, respectively) and the time from the start of operation to the delivery of the fetus (49 ± 34min and 88 ± 5 respectively) 4min), intraoperative blood loss (135ml ± 68ml and 206ml ± 98ml, respectively) were significantly different (P <005). Conclusion: The new cesarean section has the advantages of short operative time, less intraoperative bleeding, less tissue damage, simple procedures, shorter stitches, shorter hospital stay and faster postoperative recovery.
