在生物教学中渗透法制教育是对学生进行法制教育的一条重要途径,《选修3》主要是培养学生对社会问题的关注,以及对生物科学技术在社会应用中正负两方面影响的认识,其中基因工程、细胞工程,是社会关注的热点,包含多个法制观念与问题。本文从对课程内容进行发掘、联系实际渗透教学和创设情景活动渗透法制教育三个方面阐述《选修3》教学渗透法制教育的心得体会。
The infiltration of legal education in biology teaching is an important way to carry out legal education for students. “Elective 3” mainly focuses on cultivating students’ attention to social issues and their understanding of the positive and negative impacts of biotechnology in social applications. Among them, Genetic engineering, cell engineering, is a hot topic of social concern, including a number of legal concepts and issues. This article elaborates the experience of “Elective 3” teaching infiltrating legal education from the aspects of excavating the contents of the course, contacting the actual infiltrating teaching and infiltrating the legal system through creating the situation activities.
