《中国酒》杂志编辑部最近向我约稿。我心想去年有兴趣动笔写了六七十篇关于酒的文章,都是很短的,其中一定有不少尚未发表,可以选出一篇来交卷,因而很痛快地答应了。后来一想,我最近接触到几个人,他们很热心有关中国酒的事业,正在组织有关酒的销售这方面的事。他们把葡萄酒和啤酒放在中国酒之外,我对他们说了一下不同的看法,承蒙他们接受了。这事启发了我:既然是给《中国酒》杂志投稿,何不就以这三个字为题,写一篇小文,讲讲“中国酒”三个字的概念呢? 第一步就是去找工具书。一是大百科全书出版社1992年出版的《中国烹饪百科全书》(我还挂了一个这部工具书顾问的名义呢),二是《不列颠简明百科全书》。不出意料之外,这两部书都没有《中国酒》这样一个条目。正好我又收到贵州人民出版社出的《酒典》,也没有这个条目,于是就只好自己去杜撰了。酒这个东西,世界上各个民族彼
China Wine magazine editorial department recently sent me a draft. I thought that I was interested in writing about sixty or seventy articles on wine last year, all of them very short. Some of them must have been unpublished and can be selected for submission. Therefore, I agreed very happily. Later I thought, I recently contacted a few people, they are very enthusiastic about the cause of Chinese wine, is organizing the sale of wine in this regard.
