医院分配制度改革有多种形式。我院经过不断实践,逐步形成了一种新的分配机制: 一、基薪、活薪的分配形式 1.基薪的组成:占全院平均工资总额的60%,其中包括基职工资、职岗补贴、工龄津贴、卫生津贴、住房补贴、交通补贴等项。 2.活薪的组成:占全院平均工资总额的40%,包括综合补贴、开发补助(开发区特有)、误餐补助等项。 3.基薪、活薪的提取发放:基薪由科室收入中全额提取,列入科室支出,职工出满勤、干满点,遵守医院各项制度及有关规定即可享受全额基薪。
