在青年学生中,如何造就一代合格的社会公民,一直是世界各国教育界人士共同探索的重要课题之一。不少国家,即使在西方国家,也相当注重学生的德育,普遍把德育教育列为教育改革的重要内容,强调在智力开发的同时,要进行“德育投资”。这几乎是英国、联邦德国、瑞典、美国和苏联等国教育界人士的共识。他们认为“只有不吝惜在德育上花钱,才能使智力更有效地发挥作用”。德育投资并非“纯非生产性”投资,它会很快地得到“经济偿还”的。因此,对学生的德育教育,采用了以下几个方面的对策。一、把加强德育教育纳入各种改革方案,提高德育在学校教育中的地位。
Among young students, how to create a generation of qualified social citizens has always been one of the most important topics explored by people in the education world. In many countries, even in Western countries, they place considerable emphasis on the moral education of students. Moral education is generally listed as an important part of educational reforms. Emphasis is placed on intellectual development and “investment in moral education”. This is almost the consensus of the education community in Britain, the Federal Republic of Germany, Sweden, the United States, and the Soviet Union. They believe that “only if we don’t mind spending money on moral education can we make intelligence work more effectively.” Moral education investment is not a “pure non-productive” investment, it will quickly get “economic repayment.” Therefore, the moral education of students adopts the following countermeasures. 1. Intensify the education of moral education into various reform programs to improve the status of moral education in school education.
