目的探讨硬癌、不典型髓样癌和典型髓样癌细胞凋亡非基因调控机制与预后关系.方法通过TUNEL法检测三类乳腺癌中凋亡细胞数量及分布比例的差异,采用S-P免疫组化法检测癌周淋巴细胞中CD57抗原表达强度的差异.结果定量测定硬癌、不典型髓样癌和典型髓样癌细胞凋亡数、面密度、数密度及面数密度四项指标,硬癌和典型髓样癌有显著差异(P<0.05),CD57抗原表达在两者间亦有显著差异(P<0.05).结论典型髓样癌癌周淋巴细胞通过非基因途径诱导细胞凋亡,临床上可通过检测CD57抗原表达,作为判断其肿瘤预后的指标之一.
Objective To investigate the relationship between the non-gene regulatory mechanisms and the prognosis of hard, atypical medullary carcinoma and typical medullary carcinoma cells.Methods TUNEL method was used to detect the differences in the number and distribution of apoptotic cells among the three types of breast cancer. SP immunohistochemistry To detect the difference of CD57 antigen expression intensity in peritumoral lymphocytes.Results Quantitative determination of apoptosis index, surface density, number density and number density in hard carcinoma, atypical medullary carcinoma and typical myeloid carcinoma cells (P <0.05), and the expression of CD57 antigen was also significantly different between the two groups (P <0.05) .Conclusion Peripheral blood lymphocytes of typical medullary carcinoma cells induce apoptosis through non-gene pathway, Clinic can detect CD57 antigen expression as one of the indicators to determine the prognosis of the tumor.
